Big Brother 9 - Allisons' Power Trip

The day starts off like any Tuesday...wake up...campaign...regroup...campaign some more.

Allison is on a pretty big power trip right now, and I can officially say I have found someone in the house to HATE. Is that too strong of a word? Maybe, but in the Big Brother world...not so much. My readers GET IT...right? In my opinion, Amanda is one of the stars of this season and I, for one, do not want to see her go! I am a fan of Mattie's as well, the big lug, but if I had to choose, I choose Amanda.

Because the houseguests have an early wakeup call they all went to bed early, and at that time it looked like Alex and Amanda were toast. Joshua / Sharon and James / Chelsia put forth a valiant effort, but it looks like it might have been too late. Alex did not help the situation..where is his fight? When called upon to "campaign" to Allison, he just plain struck out.

In Allison's defense she is taking out the much bigger threat. Amanda is a huge threat, and much smarter and more "in the game" than she projects to the houseguests. There are some personality traits in Amanda that remind me of Janelle. She has talked alot more sh*t about people in the house, but she is generally polite to everyone, and she doesn't get easily rattled. She's tough in the same way Janelle was tough. I personally (unlike those in the house) think her and Alex are much bigger threats to win competitions than Matt and Natalie.

Allison, on the other hand, shows her cards too easily...and that will come back and bite her in the butt. She has made enemies this week that she didn't have to. She could have voted out Matt and Natalie as originally decided, and then the house would have again targeted Alex and Amanda. You want to keep BIGGER targets than yourself IN THE HOUSE. Remember Jen and Kail? Come on!

Big Brother it's time to switch this game up! While this couples thing has been interesting, it isn't leading up to a finale that is the least bit satisfying. Remember when Dick and Daniele made the Final Two? That was satisfying, and your FANS, Big Brother, want to be satisfied!
