The episode starts off with the conclusion of the endurance competition. We see Sharon struggling right from the get-to:

Natalie dropping out after a long soul searching conversation with herself:

Sheila after Natalie drops and she has secured the HOH win:

Adam's not too happy with Natalie's not stop apolgizing, and Sheila's intention of putting him up:

Ryan reads Sheila and the other houseguests her letter from home:

Sheila and Adam share some partner time:

Sheila secures Ryan's promise to take Adam off the block if he wins POV so Sheila can nominate Natalie:

Sheila struggles with the nominations:

Through relatively minor tears ("I love you all, but this is a game"), Sheila nominates Sharon and Adam for eviction:
